Monday to Friday = £65 per hour
All other times = £90 per hour

1 Bed flat or house = £175 Ex VAT
2 Bed flat or house = £290 Ex VAT
3 Bed flat or house = £350 Ex VAT
4 Bed flat or house = £470 Ex VAT
5 Bed flat or house = Please call for a quote.

Please note there is a certification fee of £20 Ex VAT.

If you let a property you are legally required to make sure the electrical systems are safe. Our Electricians can carry out Periodic Electrical Inspections and Tests to provide you with certification that your property is electrically safe. We work to Part P Regulations.
